Modern Sculpture with sweeping curves

Three disparate materials are forged together in this sculptural exploration. Cast concrete supports a lone Sapele curve that relates to a counterpart made with the same materials. The space between takes on meaning as the viewer moves around the composition. The series takes its name from the energy that two people would have as they are in motion. The final element in the composition is the colored ash mass that joins the two entities. This component suggests that the two are becoming one.
